Products will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer on the order form, within mainland France, and across Europe. BOQA offers its customers the option of delivery through a Courier service.
On average and based on experience, a buyer will receive their order 15-20 calendar days after order validation. These timelines are provided for indicative purposes. They do not apply to orders of bulky furniture, requiring a longer logistical handling time (approximately an additional 14 days).
Carrier Delivery Characteristics:
The buyer is delivered to their home by the transport company's driver and signs a receipt. In case of absence, the Buyer or the recipient of the ordered product receives a notice from the carrier, allowing them to contact the carrier to arrange another delivery day. The buyer is required to check the condition of the package and the number of packages delivered in the presence of the carrier.
In the event that the Buyer has any doubts about the condition or content of their package, they must notify the carrier and BOQA of any reservations within 3 days following the receipt of the product. The notification should be sent to the email address: contact[at]boqa.fr, specifying the order number.
Quality or Conformity Issues:
The individual customer has a right of withdrawal, which can be exercised without cause, within fourteen (14) clear days from the delivery of the order. This right can be exercised by the return at the customer's expense of new products (in their original packaging) accompanied by the order number to the following address:

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
