10 years ago, we decided to manufacture our iconic product in France: the Acapulco Armchair. Thus, the control of our production and the privileged links with our suppliers and local partners allow us to manufacture furniture quickly and of an irreproachable quality in an eco-responsible approach. But also the choice of made in France is for us the only way to ensure our customers, proximity and agility to offer a wide range of furniture and a quality service.

Today, the made in France is a real way of preserving and promoting French know-how. By choosing made in France we are helping employment in France, we are ensuring product quality and compliance with high manufacture standards. It is above all a designation affixed to a product, which is still optional to this day. This term is quite complex and its use is often overused, which forces us to be a little more transparent: 

Made in France at Boqa starts with our suppliers.

The plastic is extruded in France in the Jura, the glass is made in Bretagne, the selected fabrics are woven in Gironde. The transformation of the steel bars is entirely done in our workshop in Bordeaux and before the braiding the pieces are painted by a subcontractor in Bordeaux.

Thus, all the added value is made in France.

Our company, which has been growing since its creation in 2011, is proud to create and preserve local employment, while perpetuating skills and know-how.

Local production and short circuit for a proximity from the supplier to the customer

For Boqa, working in a short circuit is also the possibility of physically sharing with all our suppliers, subcontractors and customers. "This proximity that we like to have with our customers and suppliers allows us to be very reactive" says Julien, the founder.

It is this proximity that makes us more agile in offering tailor-made products to our private and professional customers.  "This would be impossible with imported products" add Julien.

Made in France, a good way to generate creativity

Since Boqa manufactures in France, we invite our "designers in the workshop" and the creation of new models is facilitated. French manufacturing and the links created locally permit to generate more creativity and innovation.
