Our General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services. An order becomes binding as soon as you send it to us.
Delivery is usually made within 7 business days. Should an article be currently out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected. Delivery is at the risk of the consignee.
You can rest assured that your order will arrive promptly and in perfect condition. You only need pay the forwarding costs once for each order. For orders over £45.00 delivery will be made free of charge.
All prices are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
The goods are delivered against payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa Card.
Electrical appliances are covered by a guarantee that is valid for 2 years from date of invoice. There is no guarantee obligation if a fault or damage was caused by handling, maintenance or care that was contrary to our instructions. The purchaser should consult the relevant instructions and recommendations in the leaflet enclosed with the product.
Complaints about defects or about incomplete or incorrect deliveries must be notified in writing, within 10 days from date of invoice.
We want our customers to be satisfied with their BODUM® products. However, we cannot accept returned goods without prior agreement. Goods returned for exchange or refund will only be accepted in unused, perfect condition and in the original packaging. Such goods must be returned within 14 days, at senders cost.

Goods will remain the property of BOQA® until payment has been made in full.
Claims for compensation due to mistakes in illustrations, prices or texts, or due to late delivery or failure to deliver, are strictly excluded. The color of the products displayed in the online shop may deviate from the actual product color.
It goes without saying that any data required by us for order processing purposes will be treated as strictly confidential.
